Payment Methods

Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover are accepted. Payment is confirmed at the time of the transaction.
PayPay: Payment is confirmed at the time of the transaction.
Bank transfer: Available for payments of ¥100,000 or more. After completing the order on the website, please transfer the amount to the account below. The Japanese spellings are the ones printed on the transfer form — copy them exactly.

Payment Due Date

Online payment is completed at the time of the order.
For bank transfers, please send payment within 7 days of the order.

Delivery Time

Orders ship within 5 business days of confirmation.
If an item is out of stock or made to order, we will contact you by telephone or email.

Cancellation After Ordering

An order can be cancelled only before it is prepared for shipment. We cannot accept cancellations after shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective items: if you contact us within 10 days of delivery, we will exchange the item for a new one, subject to stock.
Returns and exchanges: accepted only for unopened, unused items, and only if you contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Return shipping and handling costs are borne by us for an initial defect, and by the customer for a return for personal reasons.

Refunds

For credit card payments, the refund is processed through the card company.
For bank transfers, we refund to the account you specify.
