Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms set out the conditions for using the sale of products and other services provided on the Site operated by the Company. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Membership Registration

• Part of the Service is available only to customers who have registered as members.
• When registering, you must enter true and accurate information, and update it promptly if it changes.
• If you register false information, register for an improper purpose, or do anything else the Company judges to be inappropriate, the Company may refuse the registration or suspend or cancel your membership.

3. Account Management

• You are responsible for managing your log-in information, including your email address and password.
• Transferring, lending or sharing log-in information with a third party is prohibited.
• The Company is not liable for any damage arising from inadequate management of log-in information or from use by a third party, except where the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent.

4. Purchasing Products

• You may apply to purchase the products shown on the Site by following the procedure prescribed by the Company.
• A sales contract is formed between you and the Company when your order procedure is complete and the Company sends notice of receipt of the order (by email or otherwise).
• Displayed prices include consumption tax. Shipping and other fees are shown separately.
• The Company may cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where there is a system failure, or in other unavoidable circumstances. If payment has already been received in such a case, it will be refunded.

5. Fees and Payment Methods

You shall pay the price of products and other charges under the Service by one of the following methods (the methods actually available are shown on the Site):

• Credit card payment
• Convenience store payment
• Bank transfer
• Electronic payment services
• Other methods designated by the Company

Where a transfer fee or similar cost arises in connection with payment, that cost is borne by you.

6. Points Program

The Company may award points (“Points”) according to your use of the Service. The Points program operates as follows:

• Points may be applied to the price of products on the Site, at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
• The conditions under which Points are awarded (award rate, campaigns and so on) are determined separately by the Company and shown on the Site.
• Points expire automatically six months after the date they are awarded. Expired Points cannot be restored for any reason.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.
• Points may be used only by the member personally, and cannot be transferred, sold, inherited or pledged to a third party.
• If Points are awarded in error through fraudulent conduct or a system fault, the Company may correct them (by cancellation, deduction or otherwise).
• The Company may change or discontinue the Points program. In that case, the revised terms apply from the time they are shown on the Site.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• Act in violation of laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Infringe the rights or interests of the Company or a third party
• Engage in improper conduct such as ordering on the basis of false information, fraudulent payment, or purchasing for the purpose of resale
• Place an excessive load on the servers or network of the Site, or gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, or risk doing so
• Do anything else the Company judges to be inappropriate

8. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law

• The Company may change these Terms where it considers it necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are published on the Site.
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
• Any dispute arising between the Company and you in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
